NJTC is a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF) providing physician-directed outpatient rehabilitation services focused on helping patients recover strength, improve mobility, and regain independence. Our services include physical therapy, physician oversight, and social services when needed, delivered by a coordinated care team working together to support each patient’s recovery goals. Care is based on an individualized plan tailored to each patient and designed to provide short-term, goal-oriented rehabilitation that supports improved function and a safe return to daily life at home or in the community. NJTC accepts Medicare and most commercial In-Network insurances.
NJDC is an out-of-network diagnostic facility offering non-invasive testing at multiple locations. Fee schedules are available upon request, and patients are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance.
